RMUK Wellbeing (RMUKW) is a black led organisation run by people from the very community it supports. Since 2019, RMUKW has provided culturally appropriate food, nutrition, and wellbeing support services to South London's most disadvantaged residents, many of whom have fallen through the cracks of support or have been historically excluded due to cultural, structural, or systemic barriers. RMUKW's work contributes directly to securing improvements in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of physical and mental illnesses, as well as the enhancement of mental and physical health for the people of African Heritage, including those within the Rastafari Faith.

As Strategic Advisor, Chair of the Advisory Group, and Designated Safeguarding Lead at RMUK Wellbeing, I provide strategic direction and governance oversight to strengthen the organisation’s structure and impact.
I have supported the organisation in building capacity across its Youth Strategy, Volunteer Development, and Governance, ensuring its operations align with its core principles, mission, and vision. My role includes advising on policy, procedures, and partnerships, helping to embed sustainable and accountable practices across the organisation.
In partnership with City Harvest and Fairshare, I also helped co-develop the Roots & Fruits initiative — a community project using surplus fruit and vegetables to support families during the summer holidays, helping children maintain their five-a-day while out of school.
Through the Advisory Group, I have overseen the organisation’s legal structure, developed its Terms of Reference, and supported the formal induction of volunteers while enhancing safeguarding systems and culture.
