I am a consultant and advisor working across Youth Engagement, Educational Policy, Sustainability, Rastafari Principles, and Youth Democracy. My work is grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with empowering young people, communities, and organisations to take ownership of their own development and leadership.
Over the years, I have worked extensively within the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector, taking on a range of roles and responsibilities from project coordination, strategic development, and youth mentoring to peer research, partnership building, and community engagement. This diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of how change happens from the ground up and how vital collaboration is in creating sustainable, meaningful impact.
Working within the VCSE space allows me to connect directly with people and organisations who are passionate about making a difference. I value the creativity, resilience, and authenticity that define this sector every project, no matter its size, holds the potential to shift narratives, strengthen systems, and improve lives.
Through my consultancy, I focus on long-term projects that aim to raise standards, amplify participation, and change the narrative around youth engagement and social development. Whether through research, policy advisory, project design, or evidence-based practice, my goal is to ensure that young people and communities are not only included but actively shaping decisions that affect their futures.
My approach is deeply influenced by the principles of Rastafari — balance, respect, sustainability, and collective responsibility. These values guide how I work, how I collaborate, and how I measure impact. I combine peer research, community feedback, and evidence-based frameworks to ensure every project remains accountable, inclusive, and transformative.
Ultimately, my work is about creating spaces where young people and communities feel seen, heard, and equipped to lead change. Through every collaboration, I strive to build stronger connections between policy and practice — driving progress that is culturally grounded, socially conscious, and built to last.

In my consultancy and advisory work, I view evidence and impact as part of a bigger journey one rooted in learning, accountability, and transformation. I use evidence-based approaches to measure progress, improve practice, and ensure that every project I lead creates lasting and meaningful change.
My Theory of Change captures how I work towards that vision: aligning clear purpose with measurable impact, and ensuring that each stage from identifying need to delivering outcomes is grounded in participation, sustainability, and cultural consciousness.
This framework reflects my commitment to building systems and partnerships that not only deliver results but also change narratives, strengthen youth engagement, and leave a lasting, positive footprint in the communities I work with.
