HUDL Youth Development Agency is a UK-based organisation empowering young people to shape the systems and services that affect them.
Founded in 2016, HUDL partners with public, private, and third-sector organisations to co-design programmes that place youth voice and leadership at the centre of change.
As a consultant, I’m proud to collaborate with HUDL in supporting their mission to create inclusive, impactful spaces where young people’s ideas drive real progress.

Esmée Fairbairn Foundation is one of the UK’s largest independent funders, committed to building a fairer, more creative future. Since 1961, Esmée has supported work across its three strategic aims: Our Natural World, A Fairer Future, and Creative, Confident Communities.

A key part of their work is the Involving Young People Collective — a group of young change makers helping to shape what gets funded, how priorities are set, and how youth insights inform decision-making. I’m proud to partner with Esmée in supporting this vital work.

Within HUDL Youth Development Agency, my work centres on culture and learning: supporting partners to co-design programmes, strengthen reflective practice, and ensure that young people’s voices shape how organisations grow and evolve.

Alongside this, I’m part of the Involving Young People Collective (IYPC) at the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation — a group of young consultants influencing how one of the UK’s largest independent funders approaches grant-making and strategy. I contribute to areas such as training development, evaluation, learning processes, and team engagement to make decision-making more inclusive and insight-driven.

Across both roles, my focus is on building capacity, confidence, and collaboration — creating environments where young people and organisations can learn from each other, innovate together, and deliver greater social and cultural impact.

I work with HUDL Youth Development Agency on culture and learning, helping organisations embed youth voice, co-design, and reflection into their work.

I’m also part of the Involving Young People Collective (IYPC) at the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, where I help shape grant-making, strategy, and learning — ensuring young people’s perspectives drive real change.

Across both roles, I focus on inclusive, values-led impact, creating spaces where young people and organisations learn, lead, and grow together.
